serving Eastern North Carolina, maintaining content for all departments,
including audio, video, and social media integration;
- Prepare and distribute e-newsletters
- Identify ways to automate business processes and
direct the development of technology tools to make better use of staff
resources;
- Led website redesign projects (2004-2005 and
2013-2014), including gathering requirements, writing request for proposals,
interviewing development companies, selecting a vendor, providing
specifications for a custom built content management system (2004-2005), and
creating and migrating content for the new sites.

and optimization of site features for usability;
- Managed migration of content from old sites to new
sites, including implementation of ASP code;
- Established website standards and guidelines and
provided training for content managers.
